The Themed Entertainment industry is known for its ability to bring storytelling and magic to life, and, as we know, it requires a crew of passionate and skilled professionals to create these fantastic experiences. Now more than ever, students are looking for opportunities to be a part of this unique and fascinating field. However, it can be difficult for students to navigate the layers and organizational structure of the Themed Entertainment industry, which can lead to students feeling frustrated and confused about how to break into the industry.

It is for this very reason that we are proud to introduce K.I.T.E. - "Knowledge Inspiring Themed Entertainment" - a conference designed to engage the next generation of Themed Entertainment professionals by providing them with opportunities to become invested in their future careers and professional community. Our goal is to equip these students with a deeper knowledge of the inner workings of the industry and the practical skills needed to navigate the complex job market
Our Story
Our goal is to engage the next generation of Themed Entertainment professionals, providing them opportunities to become invested in their future careers and professional community. Our programming will be beneficial for students, recent graduates, and those who are transitioning from other careers into the entertainment industry. We plan to inspire our attendees by making the first day about preparing oneself for a future career. The second day of the conference is designed to lift the veil of mystery around the industry, and share what it is really like to work in Themed Entertainment. There will be a mix of professional developments, workshops, table-talks, informational panels, and interactive activities.
At the end of the conference, our hope is that each attendee will feel more confident about their role in the entertainment industry and be equipped with the tools necessary to successfully navigate their career search.
